L’emission culturelle Metrópolis, diffusée sur la première chaine publique espagnole, la RTVE, a consacré un numéro dédié à l’art du clip intitulé Clip Musical. Nuevas Tendencias. L’épisode revient sur l’émergence des nouvelles techniques de réalisation de clips à l’ère numérique.
L’équipe rédactionnelle a souhaité inclure plusieurs de mes réalisations dans cette compilation, à savoir Solid Gold pour Michna, Why Won’t You pour Victoria+jean et Favorite Place pour Black Books.

Continuamos nuestro recorrido por los creadores más destacados con Christophe Thockler (1984, Epinal – Francia), artista audiovisual y diseñador gráfico, realizador de videos musicales y spots publicitarios. En sus obras podemos distinguir un gusto por el videoarte más experimental, contemplativo en algunas ocasiones, que juega con los elementos de la naturaleza (agua, fuego, aire…) y en los que aparecen temas recurrentes como son el paso del tiempo, la vida o la memoria y su repercusión en la naturaleza. Esta noche incluimos algunas interesantes piezas que conjugan técnicas de animación como stop motion, motion design y video como son MICHNA – “Solid Gold” (2015), VICTORIA+JEAN – “Why Won’t You” (2016) o la genial BLACK BOOKS – “Favorite Place” (2013), animación realizada con alfileres y carretes de hilo en perfecta armonía con la música y la letra de la canción.
